- Duncan MacLeod (Adrian Paul), clansman of Connor, is prepared to take on any immortal intent on snatching “The Prize,” which gives its possessor control of the world. In the second season of the hit TV series, Joe Dawson is introduced as Duncan’s “Watcher” - a mortal who will secretly chronicle the clansman’s exploits; but Duncan also loses the love of his life and witnesses a juvenile friend become immortal.
