Rent Highway to Heaven: Series 4 (1987)

Jonathan Smith (Michael Landon) and Mark Gordon (Victor French) join forces once again as they continue to help struggling members of society and ultimately, achieve a greater good. In this series, they help a young orphan who befriends a runaway dog; a policeman working undercover at a school to put an end to drug use and a war correspondent who is imprisoned and faces execution. Meanwhile, when Jonathan's wife passes away, he hopes to be reunited with her in heaven but soon finds out that you don't always get what you want.
