- Synopsis:
- Two years, Peter Perg (Murathan Muslu) spent after the Great War in Russian Warprisony. When the former crime inspector comes back to his home town of Vienna in 1920, nothing is like it was: The former empire is now a republic, his wife has left the city, he is plagued by nightmares. And a serial killer makes the city unsafe, leaves its victims bizarr and cruelty muzzled. First, Perg herself enters the focus of investigations by young commissioner Paul Severin (Max from the Groeben) and the Judgementary Theresa Körner (Live Lisa Fries), but then they join together to stand the beast of Vienna before there can be further murders. Because the killer has not finished his work yet.
