On 16th October 2004, some of the biggest names in alternative music played a benefit concert for the Hoping Foundation, a charity set-up to help the impoverished Palestinian people. The concert saw Nick Cave, Primal Scream, Spiritualized and Steve Mason (Beta Band) play to a sell-out crowd at the London Brixton Academy.
