return to form - House M.D.: Series 8 review by PS

Spoiler Alert

the show perhaps lost its way a little around series 5, and then the rather Cuddy-dominated storylines of series 6 and 7 at times became a little boring - but series 8 is an absolute return to form and the final episode itself is arguably perfect. it had one weakness for me - the diction of one of the new characters (doctors) was very poor and it was a constant struggle to hear what she was saying (subtitles required), but that aside this was a great series and the creators made sure it ended - in quality of story-lines at least - on an absolute high
