Incredible Dennis the Menace: Vol.1

The Little Clowns try to "ungloom" the Itty Bitty City School with a pet parade featuring the clownimals. But Awful BeBad has kidnaped the pets and they must get them back. A carnival comes to Itty Bitty City and BeBad responds by "glooming" and wrecking the show. But the Little Clowns follow in his wake and make the carnival a success.
