From the Academy Award-winning creators of Finding Nemo comes the action-packed animated adventure about the mundane and incredible lives of a house full of superheroes. Bob Parr (voice of Craig T. Nelson) and his wife Helen (voice of Holly Hunter) used to be among the world's greatest crime fighters, saving lives and battling evil on a daily basis. Fifteen years later, they have been forced to adopt civilian identities and retreat to the suburbs where they live "normal" lives with their three kids, Violet (voice of Sarah Vowell), Dash (voice of Spencer Fox) and Jack-Jack (voice of Maeve Andrews). Itching to get back into action, Bob gets his chance when a mysterious communication summons him to a remote island for a top secret assignment. Funny, light-hearted, great animation, bored of it now. Though i would watch the sequel if there was one (doubt it).
Good characters, especially the clever inreplay and reversal of dreams and family life and just the general roles in family and society and work.
Clever, sometimes subtle, sometimes painfully blunt. I think I need a glass of coke and some ice cream. In fact NO! Give me a coke-ice cream float!!!!

YES, SIMPLY INCREDIBLE - The Incredibles review by CP Customer
Kids will love this film. And they will be jealous that the Adults love it too. Soooo many times in the film you will catch yourself thinking 'that joke/scene/costume/ was just spot on'. And that's just how this film works- everything just seems to hit the right buttons. All those childhood memories of playing superheroes merge with exactly what you now know about life, work, and family. A great film for all the family. Recommended for a friday post-dinner night treat. And then the morning after again!(To catch all those jokes you missed!)

Great family film full of comedy, believable characters (despite being superheroes). Special mention for Edna the costume designer extraordinaire, who was just fabulous.
