Rent Interstate 84 (2000)

Ever day he was there, standing on the overpass, staring down at the interstate traffic below, watching...waiting.. for someone. A phone number scrawled on a card is the only clue to the identity of a dead man fished from the icy waters of New York's Hudson River. Was it murder, suicide or just a tragic accident? The phone number leads cop Joe Weldon (John Littlefield) to the twilight world of Vinny (Kevin Dillon), a second rate hustler. As Vinny's involvement with the victim slowly unfolds, the mystery of the dead man deepens, leaving more questions than answers. Determined to build a profile of the victim and his killer, Joe begins to realise that nothing is what it seems on Interstate 84.
