- Synopsis:
- Maggie is a happy, playful five year old, adored by her mother, Annie. There is, however, one very peculiar and disturbing fact about Maggie - she exists only in Annie's imagination. Although Annie's husband and two young children desperately play along with her delusion, their young English nanny, Gillian, cannot accept this bizarre situation and determines to uncover its roots, which lie deep in family trauma. But will Gillian's well-meaning actions bring peace and sanity to the family she has grown to love - or backfire disastrously and tear them apart?
