- Synopsis:
1492. Kings travel to Barcelona to negotiate with the devolucion ambassadors of Roussillon and Cerdagne. Fernando (Rodolfo Sancho) looks to the Mediterranean to Italy. A new phase in the draft state construction has been launched. Fernando leaves the Royal Palace Mayor after a hearing. When you have to mount his horse, a man, Juan de Canamares, it emerges from the crowd. With a sword tip hit him in the back that produces a deep wound in the neck. Although Fernando recovers after has been feared for his life, this unexpected contact with death causes a serious reflexion in Elizabeth, who begins to plan for the future.
