It Happened in Broad Daylight (1958)

A small community lives in terror for a murderer of girls who seems to act in broad daylight. In fact, the criminal gains the confidence of his future victims by pretending to be a magician and offering them a chocolate chip. The village police are forced to investigate and travel around the village, searching in mountains and forests. When they find a suspect, everything seems to be solved, until he commits suicide and the case has to be reopened.
