Like most women I am not stick thin and have to work hard to keep in shape.
In the Big Brother house I put on loads of weight, but since leaving have dropped down 2 dress sizes, toned up and feel great.
I don't enjoy going to the gym but I do love dancing. It's great because you don't need any equipment, you can do it anywhere, it's ideal for losing weight, and it's loads of fun!
The dance tracks and dance routines in this video are my favourites as they are easy to learn, keep you trim and are funky enough to be used on the dancefloor!
So if you want to lose weight And look good on the dancefloor, then this is for you!
