Jakers: School Days in Tara (2003)

Four episodes of the animated series about Piggley Winks and his friends,set in the town of Tara in Ireland,in the 1950s. In 'Salmon of Knowledge',Piggley tries to catch the legendary fish to help him with a school test. In 'Rock Around the Clock',Piggley and his pals discover rock 'n' roll. In 'New Best Friends',Piggley and his classmates are teamed up with other people in their class who they don't know very well. Finally,in 'A Little Bit of Something Extra Extra',the kids set out to write a newspaper.
