Synopsis:: On a crusade to fight drugs, dedicated cop Kapil suspects he may be in over his head. As he works his way up the chain, from street dealers to ever larger suppliers, Kapil discovers that the flawed police force and judicial system are no match for the criminal scourge. Though he eventually manages to topple a powerful drug lord, Kapil realizes that new dealers will quickly emerge and that his passionate campaign ultimately may have little impact.
