James will travel West to East, starting in Napa and ending in The Hamptons. He'll discover the very best food the nation has to offer, picking up tips and creating his own versions of iconic American dishes. James will meet Thomas Keller, whose restaurants have been awarded a total of seven Michelin stars and Daniel Boulud, best known for his stunning Two Michelin Star restaurant Daniel. He'll also catch up with Eric Ripert, whose restaurant Le Bernadin holds Three Michelin Stars and is consistently rated among the best in the world.
