- When his high powered brother is brutally murdered, Murray Wilson (Dolph Lundgren), a former boxer and San Francisco cop, launches his own investigation. Rejecting the police theory that the murder is the work of a female prostitute, Wilson infiltrates the powerful underground world of political intrigue and illicit affairs. What he discovers is a twisted realm of sexual bondage and dark violence. And when a series of other men turn up bound and murdered, Wilson's obsession with finding the killer mounts. As he sinks deeper into a web of corruption and deceit, his own lines between right and wrong become blurred and he begins to lose all objectivity.
