From his first appearance on 'Search for a Star' in 1981, Joe Longthorne has been one our brightest entertainers and a favourite of The London Palladium. Joe's wonderful singing voice and ability to impersonate stars such as Elvis and Shirley Bassey, have cemented his reputation as one of the best-selling male singers of the last three decades. Joe's services to charity were recognised in 2012 when he was awarded the MBE at Buckingham Palace. Following his award, Joe performed a special concert at the London Hippodrome in front of his adoring fans. With an introduction by Neil Sean of NBC Entertainment News, who also goes behind the scenes to interview Joe, this programme celebrates a unique artist on one of the most important days of his career.
