Julie Walters and Victoria Wood star in this classic Christmas sketch show from 1991. Included in this witty hour of comedy are new characters, from a six-year-old tap dancing school girl to a sexy 70-year-old, especially written for this show, as well as old favourites, which include 'Mary Brazil' and 'Mrs. Overall' of Acorn Antiques. All star in a hilarious collection of comic sketches, monologues and songs. This special is written by (and stars) acclaimed writers Alan Bennett, Willy Russell and Alan Bleasdale (as well as Wood herself), four writers who have worked with Walters throughout her career and who are responsible for some of her many successes. The writers' work won them a Writers' Guild of Great Britain Award for Best TV Light Entertainment Programme.
