- Synopsis:
Rajan Zechariah (Mammootty) is a police inspector posted at Palakkad district police station. Zechariah is very close to IG Chandrasekhar (Siddique) and his son Arjun (Shaheen Siddique). Arjun and his fiancee die mysteriously in Kaliparambu - a place located on the Kerala-Karnataka border. As per the police reports the deaths were due to Maoist attacks but IG Chandrasekhar and Zechariah refuse to believe it. Zechariah gets himself posted to Kaliparambu to investigate the mysterious deaths of Arjun (I.G. Chandrasekhar's son), his fiancee, 6 policemen and Circle Inspector Raghavan. Zechariah finally solves the mystery. It is revealed that Kamala (a local prostitute and in charge of the brothel) along with Parameshwaran had killed Circle Inspector Raghavan. Arjun and his fiancee witness the murder and flees away. While escaping from Parameshwaran's goons Arjun and his fiancee hide in the police van. Parameshwaran's goons attack the police van thereby killing Arjun, his fiancee and the 6 policemen. Kamala kills Parameshwaran to avenge the death of her father. Kamala is later arrested for killing both Circle Inspector Raghavan and Parameshwaran. - Actors:
