Big Brother 3 Champion Kate Lawler has teamed up with her fitness instructor Rhyidan Lewis to bring you this great new fitness video. Based on Kate's favourite fitness technique, boxing, 'Kate's Cardio Combat' gets the heart pumping and tones and shapes the whole body. Practising Cardio Combat on a regular basis will help everyone lose weight when combined with a healthy diet. Suitable for men and women of all levels of fitness, following this routine at least three times a week will help work the heart and lungs, burn fat and relieve stress. This programme begins with a warmup, followed by an essential cardio strength and calorie burning work-out, an abs and thighs section and finally a well deserved cool down.
