Olympic champion Dame Kelly Holmes has proven herself to be one of the greatest runners of all time. In the summer of 2004 she became only the third woman in history to win gold in both the Olympic 800 and 1500 metres. She is the first British woman to win two Olympic gold medals. Here, Dame Kelly is joined by three people taking their first steps to fitness, including a self confessed couch potato, a late starting fitness fan (aged 45), and her own brother.
