Rent Kenichi (2006 - 2007)

Kenichi is a Japanese animated series about a regular teenage boy who decides to train in martial arts to protect himself but finds his calling as a protector of the good. The series follows Kenichi, a regular boy who is introduced to a master of martial arts by Miu, a new student at his school who he befriends and begins to fall for. The series shows his total immersion into this world of martial arts as he begins to protect people from a mysterious group called Ragnarok that sees Kenichi as a possible threat, one to be taken care of.
