- Synopsis:
- Framed for a train robbery that he didn't commit, Billy the Kid (Buster Crabbe) escapes jail to search for the real culprit. Billy meets up with his friend Fuzzy (Al St. John), and the two ride into the town of Sundown. Trouble ensues in the town when the local bank refuses to give a loan to the devious Mort Slade (I. Stanford Jolley), and in revenge he and his brothers rob the band, forcing it to close. After discovering the gang also committed the train robbery, Billy and Fuzzy risk everything to bring the criminals to justice.
