- Synopsis:
- The young son of wealthy workaholic German industrialist Max Klausner (Heinz Hoenig) is kidnapped on holiday in Sardinia. The police are shocked when Max coolly refuses to pay the ransom demand - but Max has his own private agenda. He hires former secret service agent Werner Shröder (Michael Degen), who discovers where Tommy's kidnapper, Tonino Sanna (Luca Zingaretti) is holding the boy. Max's ruthless business instincts pinpoint the brutal leverage required to secure Tommy's release, but this audacious move will impact on Max's emotional life in a way he'd never expected.
