- Meet Karen Bird (Emily Browning) and Jack Blueblood (Luke Grimes), two lovers on the run in the summer of 1974 with one objective: to kill the King of Rock 'n' Roll, Elvis Presley (Ron Livingston). Committed at tho Second Chances mental facility. Karen and Jack's bond is immediate as they quickly fall in love. When Karen is mistreated by the resident Doctor. Jack loses control and the lovers escape on a journey of bloodshed across the country, towards their ultimate destination, Los Angeles.
