- Synopsis:
- Having hastily left the Met before his dubious activities finally caught up with him, former detective Ronald King (Derek Martin) forms the Manor Debt Collection Agency with an unlikely business partner: David Castle (Nigel Planer), a young, honest and somewhat naive akido instructor and part-time genealogist. Castle finds his skills come in handy in his new line of work, while the steady income is a crucial asset in the battle for custody of his young son - and, fending off ruthless rivals and villains with scores to settle, the chalk-and-cheese duo somehow manages to survive on the right side of the law.
