- Knights of Sidonia is a Japanese animated action adventure Sci-Fi TV series based on creator's Tsutomu Nihei mecha manga of the same. In it, after the total demolition of Earth’s resources and man-made structures by the colossal aliens named Gauna thousand years in the future, Mankind is forced to dwell in large spaceships in the black vacuum of space. The story revolves around one such spaceship named Sidonia, which is protected by man-piloted exosuits dubbed as the Gardes.
