- Synopsis:
- The story of Maria (Maria Emilce Pinto) and Antero (Antero Marques Araújo) is the shortcut chosen by the director to show life in Maraima, a small city in Ceará, Brazil, including community life and military influence. Mary lives praying to drive away a Dragon. It is when she meets Antero, a prophet of the end-of-the-world, who will join her in her pilgrimage and fight against the mythical being.
