- Synopsis:
- Last Tango in Halifax is a British comedy series that follows the new and unexpected love affair between two elderly widowers and the constant eye of their children. The series follows Alan (Derek Jacobi) and Celia (Anne Reid), two childhood sweethearts who haven’t seen each other in 60 years. When they reunite they are both widows and their relationship starts anew despite what their children have to say about it. As they try to start fresh they must face all the problems and joys along the way.
