- Liberace (1919-1987) was one of America's greatest piano, stage and TV entertainers in the 50's and 60's. In 1960 Liberace received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame for his contributions to the television industry. This video includes three episodes from his immensely popular NBC network television programme 'The Liberace Show' (1952-1955) plus a special New Orleans bonus. The programme contains vintage footage of Liberace at his best, with special guest appearances by his family, performing classic songs at his piano in his own inimitable way.
