Lie Down with Dogs (1995)

Fed up with his mundane job in New York, Tommie (Wally White) heads down to the holiday resort of Provincetown, Cape Cod for a vacation and some summer romance. In need of accommodation, and having little money, Tommie spends his summer trying a variety of menial jobs in the many hotels in the town. On the plus side, however, a succession of one-night-stands helps him to keep his spirits up, and its not long before he stumbles into the arms of a possible Mr.Right.
