- Synopsis:
- Life Begins is a British comedy series about a regular married couple and their extended family. The series follows Phil (Alexander Armstrong) and Maggie Mee (Caroline Quentin), a happily married couple contending with normal life and the many problems caused by both their children and their relatives, specifically Maggie’s parents Eric (Frank Finlay) and Brenda (Anne Reid). The series follows this ordinary family as they deal with the personal problems together even if some of those problems may well have been caused by the others.
