LOL stands for 'Laughing Out Loud' in Internet slang. And so they call Lola (Christa Théret) his friends. However, on the day of returning to high school after summer, Lola has no desire to laugh: Arthur (Félix Moati), her friend, provokes her by telling her that he has cheated on her during the holidays. And his gang has the virtue to complicate everything, as his mother, Anne (Sophie Marceau), with which it is increasingly difficult to talk about his things, and not only because he does not know what LOL means...
Everything gets complicated, Lola believes In love with her best friend, her mother is seen in secret with her ex-husband while flirting with a policeman and Lola's dear seems to have been discovered...and read.
