- Geraldine Chaplin and Jane Birkin, two stage actresses, travel to the chateau of a wealthy playwright where they are to rehearse a play about a love triangle. Fiction soon becomes a reality. With visual and verbal puns the audience is made to consider the influence of life over art, about illusion, reality and truth and about the relationship between heaven and earth.
