- It's party time and the freaks are out. Dr Frankenstein is holding a grave stomping shindig down on Evil Island and every horrific member of the Worldwide Organisation of Monsters has been invited. The Wolfman, Dracula, The Mummy, The Creature from The Black Lagoon, Dr Jekyll (and Mr Hyde), Frankenstein's Monster and the Hunchback Of Notre Dame have all burst out of their tombs to get down at the stroke of midnight. But when Dr Frankenstein announces his retirement with plans to leave his legacy to his nephew (a neurotic, allergy riddled geek from Vermont) his raving ghouls get restless.
