Madalena (1960)

At some Greek island two rival factions monopolize the preferences of its residents. One is the part of Captain Cosmas (L. Dianellos) and another with Captain George (Th Moridis). So things were going until after the death of the former, takes matters into the hands of his daughter Magdalena (a. Vouyiouklaki). Young but proud and determined to fend to feed the six young siblings, comes into conflict with the establishment that does not mean to admit that a woman is able to work in a job predominantly male. Our story takes unexpected development when he falls in love with the son of the rival (D. Papamichael).
