- Striving to fulfil his obsessions with power and money, criminal boss Renzo (Ving Rhames) and his gang wreak havoc across the streets, leaving the bodies of anyone who crosses them in their stead. Hot in pursuit, and on a mission for revenge is Detective Womack (Pam Grier) who will stop at nothing to bring these thugs to justice - even if it means breaking the law.
