BAFTA-nominated Julia McKenzie stars alongside veteran comedy battleaxe Irene Handl in this engaging and highly popular LWT sitcom. Maggie (McKenzie) is a schoolteacher who lives on her own in a flat in London. Pensioner Mrs. P. is 'her': the nosy next-door neighbour whose continual presence means that divorcee Maggie can never truly be alone. In this second series, it seems Maggie's luck may have finally changed; she has a new boyfriend, and for once all seems to be going well. But, inevitably, Mrs. P. Insists on offering her 'advice'...
