Magnificent Girl (2013)

A film about the unlikely friendship between a troubled family from Harlem and a woman from Moldova who narrowly escapes the sex trade. 'Magnificent Girl' is the story of a young mother who leaves Moldova for a nanny job in NYC only to narrowly escape the sex trade. Desperate to get back to her daughter, she journeys through the city where she finds herself mixed up in the lives of a troubled family.
