- Synopsis:
- Making Waves is a romantic comedy about a group of ham-radio enthusiasts who, assuming they will never meet, exaggerate their identities on the airwaves. They include lonely video store owner Robert, a 30-something divorce who dreams of swashbuckling adventures and Rachel, an oral hygienist who longs to climb mountains and travel to exotic lands. But things start to get complicated when they fall in love with each other's imaginary personas, especially when they have to meet face-to-face and find themselves trying to live up to their fictitious alter-egos.
