Made in 2012 by director Fan Popo, 'Mama Rainbow' brings together six mothers from different parts of China, who openly talk about their experiences of discovering that their children were gay and how they began to look beyond their children’s sexual orientation, in the process encouraging all families to do the same and accept their children for who they are. The film expounds a powerful message of love and acceptance, which is something we can all get down with.
