Biographical drama written and directed by Yelena Popovic about the life of Nektarios of Aegina (Aris Servetalis) in Greece. Despite the jealousy of his colleagues and their efforts to discredit him, he lived a humble life caring for the poor, teaching peasants to read and write and preaching widely. He died in 1920 and was recognised as a saint in 1961. Alexander Petrov and Mickey Rourke also star.
