- Synopsis:
- John E. Wayne stars in this modern-day western as young man unjustly accused of horse theft. after buying two horses at an Arizona racetrack without getting a receipt he's stopped when riding across the land of a rancher named Robeson (Ernest Borgnine). He's accused of stealing the two horses. Unable to prove ownership, he's beaten up and sent to jail where he's forced to work on a chain-gang. His only hope is to escape and prove his innocence.
