TV series (2008)First season - 8 episodes. Narra work elite police unit specializing in locating and capturing fugitives especially dangerous and sometimes internationally sought. The violent and monstrous crimes committed by these fugitives makes this group work in critical, as it is very likely to return to society threatening if left free long. So his capture becomes a countdown where every minute counts. The series begins with the case of Joseph Okelo, a dictator and war criminal African apparently currently resides on the east coast. The case is complicated because the dictator has protection from the local police and politicians ... Each episode will focus on a case in which the Fugitive Location Group will aim to capture.
