I had high hopes for this film, but was very sadly disappointed. The story line is very thin and has been done to death a thousand times before. baby Dino loses his herd, then has adventures on the way trying to find said herd. They all meet up and it's a happy ending. Dragged out over too much time. The CGI was very poor and for this type of film could have been done much better. This is more like a badly made Discovery Channel film, than a quality BBC style Docudrama. It can't seem to decide whether it is gong to be a good docudrama or a washy Disney cartoon and in the end just limps along. I love Dino Animations, but found this one very challenging and dull to watch. Kids under ten will probably love it, but anyone else may fall asleep whilst watching!
