Unlike some celebrities, I cannot eat whatever I like and stay cat walk model thin. Just like you, if I over eat and don't exercise, guess what? I pile on the pounds too. I've never been a big fan of gyms so I've been on a constant look out for a workout that would help me keep fit, lose weight and tone up... ...but it had to be fun! I'm over the moon to say I've finally found something that works for me and it could work for you too! My choreographer and I have devised an exhausting, spiritually uplifting and exhilarating dancebody workout which is not only effective, it's fun to do as well. I hope you guys stick with it because believe me if you do this just 3 times a week and follow our nutritional advice you will look and feel amazing!
