Meerkats are widely regarded as the darlings of the animal kingdom, they look incredibly cute and are remarkably sociable, living in large groups which work together to survive. 'Meerkat Adventure' sees renowned zoologist and film-maker Nigel Marven head to the Kalahari Desert, one of the wildest and most beautiful habitats on the planet, in order to paint a revealing portrait of these little rascals. With the help of meerkat expert Grant Mcllrath, Nigel and his team get up-close and personal enough to win the trust of these charming creatures that are traditionally very wary of humans.
