Documentary examining the underground extreme music scene in Australia. Since the late 1970's metal music has been thriving and evolving down under in Australia and now there is more Australian bands than ever touring the world including the likes of King Parrot, Voyager, Portal and A Breach of Silence. This feature showcases the music of some of Australian metal's best proponents and in over 40 exclusive interviews, meets the characters behind the thriving scene from artists and promoters to radio hosts and magazine editors. Rare concert footage and photographs from some of the biggest metal events such as Metal for the Brain, The Big Day Out and SBS are also included.
