No matter under what guise sexy Marsha Thomas (Kathy Ireland) uses in a situation, she always manages to combine beauty and charm to get her way. Faced with paying off her long-lost brother's debt that's owed to sleek and sleazy lawyer Henry (Richard Sarafian), she'll work any scheme to finally settle the payment. Pretending to be "Cassandra" while stealing a car for Henry, Marsha catches the eye of Matt (John Enos), a handsome and wealthy computer mogul. Their mutual attraction is immediate. Soon after, Henry offers Marsha the chance to settle their score in one fell swoop, which she readily accepts. Her job is to impersonate Jean Ivers (Audie England), the heiress to a vast fortune.
