- Synopsis:
- Midsomer Murders is a British mystery fiction and crime drama television series based on the books by Caroline Graham. The series follows the criminal investigative detectives Tom Barnaby - and later his younger cousin John - in the small, fictional, county of Midsomer. Set against a visually beautiful backdrop, the villages are constantly fraught with murders. The cast has undergone numerous major changes over the years, with leads including John Nettles, and, later, Neil Dudgeon.
